Floor Space

Actor and Crew

 -
There’s a lot of space for people to use that would reduce the control of people getting squashed together. We will complete our filming in a quiet space so we can have privacy and won’t disturb by members of the public.
Crowds

Actor and Crew
Leake Street is a popular area for people to go to –—especially on the weekends  This would mean it could be busy and may disrupt our filming.
As we are filming on a Sunday, this would reduce the amount of people that could interrupt our filming compared to if we filmed on a Saturday or a weekday.
Adverse weather/temperatures

Actors and Crew
Some of the graffiti areas at Leake Street are in tunnels. This would allow people to be protected by the rain and able to film without any equipment getting damaged.
If the weather is bad — raining, we will film our shots in the tunnel areas.
Fatigue
Actor and Crew
A lot of our music video will be filmed in Leake Street, this means that it will be a long day for the actor and crew.
We will take regular breaks in between the day.

Adverse Weather / Temperatures

Actor and Crew

We will hopefully shoot on a day that will not have bad weather. Or if that’s not possible and the day we do shoot it’s raining then we will use an umbrella into the filming and protect our equipment

Scaffolding/Working At Height

Actor and Crew

There’s is signs and clear instruction to alternative walking access.
We will make sure to not film near any scaffolding or working at height that would then reduce any harm to our actor and crew and will not get into our shots.

Fatigue

Actor and Crew

-
We will take regular breaks and breaks if needed by the actor or crew.

Crowd

Actor and Crew

Westminster bridge can be very busy, especially during rush hours. Only a section of our music video will be filmed at Westminster Bridge - so would mean we wont be filming at Westminster Bridge for too long.

We will film at a time which the bridge is not too busy — 12pm. This would then reduce the amount of disruption we could get during filming.

Floor Space

Actors and Crew

 -
We will make sure we shoot in an area on the bridge we are able to have enough space to film.

Traffic

Actor and Crew

Traffic is controlled by traffic lights , etc.
Could affect our film as cars may get into our shoot. We will then shoot away from traffic. This will also help with the lip-synching from our actor as if there a lot of traffic, it will be hard for our actor to hear and then lip sync along to the track.

There is a suitable amount of floor space for equipment and our actor.
If more space is needed, we will move anything that would allow us more space to our film e,g chairs.
Tripping Hazards

Actor and Crew
The lights that are located in the studio are positioned carefully in the studio.
We will makes sure our actor and crew are aware of the lights located that could cause a tripping hazard.
Low Lighting

Actor and Crew
Lighting can be adjust on the lighting equipment already located in the studio.
The crew will get a tutorial on how to adjust the lighting, so we will reduce any unintended low lighting/bad lighting.
Electrical Cords and Sockets
Actor and Crew
Electrical cords and sockets are clearly shown to reduce tripping hazards.
The actor and our crew will be informed to where to be careful. However, if possible any electrical cords that can be move we will to reduce any tripping hazards.
